I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. work pressure is very high i have to work 10 or 11 hours daily, Sometime i have to work 14 to 16 hours during the external audit. here is no increment in your salary even you are working very hard and received many appreciation from company or client . forget about salary increment even will work more than 10 years in this company.
