I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

team work is very poor, every one is trying to reach the higher level by relationship and not by success. no research support,every step is under the focus of financial department even without experience

weak team work, bad medical insurance, no respect to managerial chanales, no true salary skill, bad quality cafeteria, no support for research, no support for training ,,
