Overall Al borj company is a best company in facility management. Main thing about the record keeping is awesome and HR. Department is very cooperative where no any issues like yearly vacation, different benefits.
I worked for five years in this company and learned too much specially in Facility Management.

Dislikes
Working hours should not be more than 10 hours. There is no growth in salary each year.

Best thing for this company is "they are working as a Client company for Clock Tower Makkah which is world's third highest building in the World and situated in front of Muslim Holy place Makkah (Mosque Al Haram).
Alborj is a leading company in Facilities management system aroud the Saudi Arabia.A famous project of this company is Royal clock tower makkah (World 3rd tallest building). Eight different 5 star hotel client are Holding services from this company.
Manpower efficiency is too good.
Movement of public in this project is far higher than other projects because it is at the front of Haram Shareef. Muslims from the globe comes here for performing their hajj and umra....Read More

It is a place with an opportunity to work in a challenging environment where millions of muslim visitors come annually and it is near Haram which is a dreamed or a must place of visit by muslim around the world. High skilled employees are paid quite well.
Dislikes
There is no job security as the company is always looking for ways to reduce its' cost of operation on top of the government policy. There is no provision of budget for external training to allow development of staffs skills. There is a slim chances of career growth although without salary increase which has seem to be the policy for internal promotion and job spec transfer. Organization structure has never been transparent and made known to the staffs. Management keep on jumping the hierarchy which has confused the staffs most of the time. Top management can go down to the lowest level of staff with instruction without acknowledgement from the immediate superior.
