Honestly, Can't think of any. AKM can easily match the standards big 4's maintain. It's a fun place to work. I genuinely feel like coming to office.

1. If you have experience don’t go to Akm global because they will not pay you for work they will pay you for nothing. 2. All employees will keep eye on you. When you are coming when you leaving. What you are wearing and what you are doing in office. Seniors give wfh to their favourite employees. 3. They just have n number of useless employees who don’t know basic accounting but they are working. 4. If you give your 100% still they will not give you good hike. 5. They hire low wages employees. 6. They terminate employee by giving all nonsense reasons. Or they force them to resign. 7. Everything was good, but i worked in the IT audit team and Ashish jain was the manager. He was very arrogant and doesn’t believe in individual growth. He also has no knowledge of any processes. He always tries to dominate others and doesn’t give raises or appreciation.
