no proper training and salary. they dont want u to help u grow. no projects let alone any good projects. wait times for a project can be anywhere from 6 months to 1.5 years. no training is provided. always has software lisence issue.

Its is a one client company. If one project is over/discontinued, there is no other option, you have to move out with one month notice period. The company is not having its portal yet for anything depends on third party portals for all applications. For attendance, one third party portal, for salary another third party portal portal, Akkodis not having anything on their own. Whenever project is over, They will not keep you free pool for long time or ask you to go for LOP....Read More

Dislikes

Frequent termination of recruited employees irrespective of your role. Absolutely no job security and risk of employment. No long term projection meaning atleast 1 year project. Organization mostly runs without clear vision. HR department is very rude. Recommended to choose only if you are jobless. Switching to this will make nightmares either in 6 to 8months so be cautious.
