Working environment is good and the Company Directors and CEO are good to work with them.

The Seniors levels Manager are making company management decisions on their on call without informing to Directors and making there own decisions and try to create there reputation and making the lowest level employees that they are nothing to do with the company reputation because I am the person who has given 15 years to company working 24 /7 on calls anytime and given my best efforts and my experience and making good team work and try to worked as and when required given my best possible performance and for that also never been appreciated or given appraisal started working as a OF3 Officer to Only to become senior officer for the name only. I have to tell many things but unfortunately I don’t want my company reputation get spoiled in future because now they have received some best place environment awards were each employee are getting better prospects but nothing like that I have suffered lots of things.
