There is total exploitation of the employees. Salary appraisal is very less. And work load is very heavy. If you are a girl then you will get more benefits and fast growth. Otherwise company can do anything for cost cutting.
Dislikes
Total HR department of the company is vogus. You have to struggle for your official work after leaving the company. HR department will never ever respond you quickly you have to go again and again for one work. You have to work continuosly without leave. To take your own leave you have to beg infront of duty manager. You would have to do night shift for continuous 6 months. Without excuse just smile and give your hundred percent. Even after all the hard work you will get a salary issue at the end of the month....Read More

Arrival is little bit comfortable but at departure counters and baggage area you will get heavy pressure of work. While working at Delhi airport, you suppose to work like a robot. Just do your whole shift continuosly without asking for break.there is less

Everything.except few colleagues each and everyone will try to pull you down.for girls if you are engaged or something go ahead.otherwise your colleague will look you at like they have any chance.your seniors except few are always trying to expel you so that they can make nos.salary issues arise every month.and those are sometimes solved sometimes not..I dnt like the environment
