Great office , good laptop, salary on 26th of every month.

Dislikes

Festival holidays are minimum here. They consider saturday/sunday as festival holiday and count that in total of 10 festival holidays in the whole year. Salary could be better also.

Job Security is the biggest factor to join airtel because of its size and sector.

Salary - Excellent
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

learning is dependent on yourself only, does not focus on tech and optimization. WLB is very poor. Compensation is good.

Work-life balance - Bad
