- Managers & HR force employees to write good reviews on this site so that they can use new talent - Would not mention timely salary because that is a basic necessity when you are working in an org. - nothing except this

- The company provides little to no appraisal ( 1.5-2%) - Managers and Senior management have joined from small startups and have no regard for a good culture. - HR says company is in hybrid model and wfh is allowed whereas Managers force office 4 days a week and complain to HR if emplo yee wfh - Too much micromanagement. In and out times are monitored but you won't get acknowledged for going out of the way for the company no matter how many extra hours you put on weekday or weekend. All that matters is the day you left early - company is not work centric , it's time spent in office centric - managers try to set the narrative that no work is done in wfh and it is a total waste whereas WFH times were the only times in the last few years when company was making YOY profits. since office start hua, company is not growing. - there is too much politics and a big gang of similar aged managers who force their own policies and make the environment toxic - Laptops provided are 5 years old already and you have to pay in case anything happens to them - business team and senior management is not great and have 0 confidence in them...Read More

Wrost infrastructure for software deployment. Government like structures like filling signing documents to get user access on server. Daily infra level issues and difficulty in mantaing software due to infra issues.
