Not sure why people are siting that salary on 25th ? Seriously all companies do that may be the. folks coming to this org are coming from places where salary was an issue. But generally there is no benefit here So Just go there if you have no place to go. What I had see is that good people quit this early while people good with politics continue for longer.

Tech stack wise they have everything in experimentation but no guts to take anything to production because of incompetent leaders in key position who just try to save the day! All legacy system are working in parallel to save the business which could had been improved over time but because of favoritism and assignment of incompetentleaders its all messy! Well the Offer letter from the company is structured to loot money. Whenever you leave you have to sacrifice 6 month to one year of variable component. Also the variable component is tied to review and in case you happen to get a insecure manager or not able to please your manager well then this whole amount will be 0 so basically you can always risk your 10% variable. So Negotiate offer well. I was a good performer but in last year the manager got changed and I had lost a massive part of CTC so just be cautious. Currently the level of politics is cutthroat. Lot of incompetent people are holding key positions and you can be in messy situation before you realize it! Managers flirting with female employees and promising good appraisals and promotions in return. I've never encountered a place where less experienced employee manages those with more experience. They compare you other employees There is no extra activities to refresh your mind. Every day you have to go with same flow. Not user friendly environment to work. You don't have oppertunity to express your queries or raise any voice. If you do so they will create some synario with HR that you have put resignation. HR will always listen to the manager , your voice doesn't matter for them

I have worked with some really great people who have excellent technical expertise. There are teams where good work culture is maintained. Office is in a mall, lot of fancy shops and restaurants.

Imagine the worst parts of every manager you’ve ever had, rolled into one glorious trainwreck of a human being, who has an ego of a Death Star. This dude couldn’t debug a prod issue but struts around like he’s Silicon Valley’s gift to humanity. A cowardly backstabber who thinks he’s Steve Jobs. He gives out raises and remote work like candy to his loyal minions, expecting them to grovel at his feet. A charming mix of insecurity and favoritism. Picture a guy who’s as two-faced as a coin, but less useful. Hikes and work-from-home perks are reserved exclusively for his personal fan club—the ones who’ve mastered the art of brown-nosing and boot-kissing. It’s less about performance and more about servitude. If you’re not bending over backwards to inflate his already oversized ego, forget about any perks. He’s the micromanagement maestro, obsessing over every minor detail like a boomer on steroids. Not only is he tracking every single leave you take, but he’s also got a whole spreadsheet dedicated to it. And come month-end, he’s right there, spamming your inbox with reminders. Ignore him, and he’ll go ahead and apply the leaves himself. It’s like he’s got this pathological need to control even the smallest aspects of your work life. He’s got a calendar with everyone’s lunch and coffee breaks marked on it, too. In his mind, this is what makes him a ‘good manager.’ It’s like he’s got this desperate need to control every tiny detail, probably because it’s the only thing he can actually handle. Not content with just being an incompetent micromanaging backstabber, he’s also a master of psychological warfare. This genius has a brilliant strategy to ‘motivate’ his team: he loves to crank up the pressure to 11 and then threaten to put people on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) if they don’t dance to his tune. He never throws a party, but boy, does he show up to yours and eat all the expensive stuff. It’s like inviting a black hole to your buffet. He’s that guy who brings a salad to a potluck and leaves with a full plate of prime meat.
