My working experience is terrible. So I can only say don't be a part of it.

There is no rule. the company runs in its own way. there is no epf of any employee even there is no even a legal letter of joining, appointment, nor a salary slip neither even a single profesional rule to work you can only work there on the basis of your decided daily wages. The company runs on their monopoly rules....

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
