The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable. I feel better one of this company. I have handled five Distributors and twelve direct sales executive.overall my team has to delivered good work to every day.I have lot of learn to my market.

Dislikes

Compensation is very good.but compared IT was very poor to all market data.the work pressure is very high.This company salary is not satisfied me.

My long standing with Aircel itself says about the working atmosphere. Excellent!

Prefixed appraisal system is very worst (i.e., Bell Graph Systems) by forcefully sending few employees every employees by mode of an appraisal system
