Working hours, reporting every hour what you do , 10-12 hours working every day compulsory, 12 days leave in a year , no holiday for festival nor public holiday even Independence Day no holiday, no PF, no health insurance, no flexibility of work from home, no personal leaves like taking more than 3-5 days, no laptop, only office desktop and WhatsApp in mobile, no appreciation, full on pressure, unnecessary giving stress, no support. Weekly only one day leave either it is Sunday or any other day you can take it, Wishing great morning and great night to managers and chairman, working hours 8am to 8pm every day including Saturday....Read More
