Hey there! We're on the lookout for Female HR SICO (Second In Command) to join our team. Location? It's at HAL, Old Airport Road, Bangalore! We're specifically seeking those who can start right away.

You'll need to be fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi, and any other regional languages would be fantastic. If you're skilled in recruitment, especially for blue-collar roles, have a BPO background, and can juggle operational tasks (80%-20% split), we want to hear from you!

Ideally, you'll bring at least 3-4 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment (80%). Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in challenging situations are key!

The salary is between 25K TO 40K.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
