1. Excellent Policy, Systems and Procedures, 2. Excellent Auditing procedures, 3. Aims high, sets stringent targets and strive to achieve goals, 4. Management is highly positive and always provides help for Growth and Excellency, 5. Highly competitive for Awards from Group and external sources.

Dislikes

1. Very poor appraisal system of Bell curve, wherein performing staff are being rated low to accommodate persons from different categories (stars, influencers, dear ones). Compulsory forcing people in poor category and later retrenchment, without prior periodic assessments and chance for improvement, is biggest fault of this system. 2. Lack of recruiting staff in duty positions hamper plant operations and performance. HR is being informed occasionally but action is delayed....Read More
