It's a good platform for freshers and learning experience for freshers and new Joings.there are lot of trainings for personal and professional growth and companies working environment is average with minimum work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no growth after 1 or 2 Year There is biased behavior by seniors and employees are never appreciated for their hard work .no work hererchy is followed ,for every small thing you have to go to HoD's no use of managers and senior managers. And warning letters are like lollipops which is given to everyone without any justified reason.
