It was the wonderful experience, I learned many thinks from the air India sats and our Mr ashok sir Mr Vinod sir always motivating the staff , following the sop and celebrating all festival's & about management is really good they are always helping to staff make sure all staff well and fet, thank you for everything Air India sats .

Very bad environment,lack of knowledge Politics environmental managers rude with staff If its aviation operation your flight got delay every time so you have to provide a overtime to staff Staff shift around like 8 hours if you are flight got delay staff spending his or her time like around 14 hours 13 or 12 hours on airport if you know it's operation so you have to provide a overtime to staff it's not a small company...Read More

Stop doing 9 to 8 hours 10 hours 11 hours shift after that he is coming on next as well he is doing overtime but he got his basics salary to it is not good thing we are also working for the money and you are taking lots of time from this staff

They can’t terminate you before 6 months of probably period. As they follow legal norms. So job security is there.

They provide very low pay scale, even for experienced and freshers they provide difference of just 5-10k. For even 4 + years experienced person they provide 30 35k salary. They take reference candidates without even a single thought of their unskilled profile. People don’t know English language, people roam without slippers, very bad for HR department. worst culture. Payroll manager (single person is having monopoly, they don’t want new people for their insecurities) , Recruitment manager (who doesn’t even know using Naukri portal, not experienced In talent acquisition still there in position because of Reference) , in HR depart. People talk in abusing language, also asked to work on sundays as well without any compensations, not a good company for skilled person. Trust me your skill would have no value there in this company. Politics is so much in peak. They also take 80k amount for CSA hiring candidates and they don’t even refund that amount if you left. This is illegal. They have many illegal policies....Read More

The salary is not enough for those who work in airline like airindia express.handling more than 12 flights per shift.and also no resting time and breaks.direct airline staffs try to degrade us they see us as a slave.we also work for them but they dont give that respect

Everything the work environment employee benefits, employees salary, every seniors are like double face and in work time they just make stupid jokes and pressure the staff and if staff made a mistake they treat like everything is the fault. And it's my 1st job i seriously never want to work again

Here there's no accommodation and travel allowance like travel discount provided by company, we are all facing more problems about to searching an accommodation here , no one will rented room for bachelor's here

There isnt a thing which I can't say.managers treat people as dogs when required we are God else dog...if u raise any issues then blacklisted...suffered long enough...worst management. .....Employees before clients.... ...plz learn that....all your service and profits margin will increase automatically...and these management will do anything to satisfy the clients..
