Underqualified and undeserving employees from low cost carriers are hired without any background checks to run this airlines who absolutely have no idea how to function . Air India had a force of well spoken and smart flight attendants but right now in the name of expansion, just about anybody and everybody is getting hired. Experienced employees not valued anymore which is a shame.

Poor management, no employees benefit,lot of work load . Less pay. Forced to work dnt have leave benefits as in we have to plans leave once in a year to avail it . In an urgency we have no rights to even ask a leave. No proper channel to connect with higher management.
