They provide very little salary and put employees on contract and never increase salary when u ask for increament then management directly says if u r not comfortable on this salary then u can go.

5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.

The Benefits are good and the infrastructure is great. And as Air India is a big name, your relatives are gonna be very happy with you working here. that is the only good part here.

There are many. The leaders here dont know the meaning of work-life balance at all. if you dont work on weekends, they clearly warns you abput your appraisal and many of the times, even your job. the culture is very toxic and you are so sure to get mental agony here. There is no learning path as such, you do things which are randomly assigned. there is no proper SOP followed. it is also very normal that you are hired for something else, and you are doing totally different thing & thus compromising with your career....Read More

Lot of Dirty Odia Politics. From CTO to Trainee all are Odias. Lot of regional politics. Procurement VP is hiring only Odia guys from non aviation background in very high post like chief manager which is very bad. They don't know how to even work in team and how to talk always talking rubbish commenting on family, Procurement VP dont know anything abour Procurement as he is from Powerplant department. he want everyone to report at 8am and leave office at 10 or 11 pm and all 7 days. No leave. Very bad management. No one talks about salary hike work life balance. No growth. Suddenly outsider will come and sit on your head. Everytime giving warning for job termination. Worst company to work for until these Odia and CTO favorite guys leave the company. Which they will never leave.
