Likes

Management is very transparent and great policies. Aviation industry one of the most affected industries due to covid-19 but still they didn't reduced manpower supported all the employees and their families.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
