The only bright side is the fellow crew who make it easy in the depressing culture of this company. The only support is the PPE KIT on floor flights, the purpose of which is lost since we put it on after entering the aircraft.

Working environment is not the best, however if not for the support of fellow crews it would not be possible to endure these terrible work conditions. It's a great company run down by poor management decisions , corrupt government of the past , unreasonable government of the present and internal politics. It's been nothing but struggle ..I can't put it in words enough how bad it has been.. salaries have taken a nose dive ..I have had just one meaningful promotion in 15 years .. interestingly salaries allowances have been cut by 65%..
