I got to learn comprehensively the entire gamut of Airport Operations (international) on the commercial side of all related procedures,load control and passenger Customer Service and rules related to International air travel.. The company gave me a lot of exposure on all the above mentioned roles required to become a high achiever of standards laid out,and moulded me to shape up as an efficient mid level Manager capable of handling many flight disruptions and assuaging passenger inconveniences..
