You'll find good people nature wise. But do not trust on old once because they ill treat you very well and load there work on you.

Dislikes

If you are a fresher and wanted to start and learn things. Ill prefer do not choose aiesl. Simply do not, because work enviroment is very lazy. And they will make you like them only.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
