al most AIMS is good company it self. aims salary payout is good and on time but some people in aims want establish they monopoly. their is communal issues among aims staff. they don't care about qualified and educated people.

Dislikes

communal discrimination always exist in aims. they don't care about experienced and educated people. always people in aims are acting as leg pooler of staff who performing good on their duty. no job security in aims.
