Stupid company to work Nothing is organised here Full time employee should always stay late night for part timers There is no work life balance The managers are dumb a$$, he don't have any technical knowledge, especially this dumb a$$ mohit,he don't have any technical knowledge, just completed the mba, no experience and no knowledge, he says directly code at server, he don't need us to work or code at local, he needs everything on server🤣🤣, stupid a$$hole. They don't communicate properly no proper coding standards followed, they only need the work to be completed, hell with coding standards. They just bluff that they have many clients and they delivered many projects, but the reality is completely different. They have only 2 project pf and fo And there is no proper communication tool or task assigning tool and sprint planning tool, everything is in Ms Excel. No jira or basecamp,.trello. nothing Even each bug is tracked from the Excel sheets🤣🤣, everything is communicated verbally.
