I like the work culture and environment of the company. Managers, heads and mentors are very supportive and keen to provide knowledge to each individual. Management continuously strive for growth and development of every individual by providing training sessions and skill development courses.

Dislikes

I dislike that the company do not have a provision of Sabbatical Leaves. I suggest to include these leaves once a year for better employee satisfaction.

When i joined aimlay, i got product training which was very beneficial in my sales. the training sessions gave me product knowledge and several sales weapons which was very necessary to make a sale. other than the training, my seniors were also very supportive. And not only this, i really enjoy birthday bash events, fueling fridays and many more events.
