Nothing to likes. Company culture is not suitable for professional and educated employees. Family oriented business. Personal life also hamper of all employees.

The Director and CEO both are very rude and misbehave with employees. They don't know how to run an Organization. Not presentable appearance both of them. As they have Father and Son relation but there are huge communication gap between them. You can consider it's as third class lala type organization. More over they are greedy nature, disrespectful, not deserve to hold a position.

Joined the company recently, everyone is very friendly & supportive. The environment is good for employees who are serious about work. Who are not serious about work are obviously released from organisation, which is a genuine approach I feel.

When i joined aimlay, i got product training which was very beneficial in my sales. the training sessions gave me product knowledge and several sales weapons which was very necessary to make a sale. other than the training, my seniors were also very supportive. And not only this, i really enjoy birthday bash events, fueling fridays and many more events.
