Everything! Especially work culture and work-life balance. 9:30 am - 6pm is the actual timing but you'll end up working till 8 or 9pm with no extra time pay or bonus. And they expect you to be available for 24 hours, 365 days! Leave policy also sucks!

Hello thank you for your review. Our office time is 9.30 to 6 and we have never asked anyone to stay after 6. Infact we strictly tell everyone to leave the office by 6 p.m. This is a service industry and staff availability for helping the students are very important, which you might have agreed upon during the interview stage. We are offering a far better bonus than any other company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
