No flexibility at all. Sometimes due to hectic task we may be working without taking morning or evening tea breaks, But if we took an extra 5 min for the lunch break the HR team will be scolding you. Company with strict rules and no consideration to the kind of hectic work we do. We need to even complete the shortlist or applicationand attend the calls from the students even if we are on leave and without any consideration it will be perfectly an unpaid day. TAKING LEAVE IS CONSIDERED AS A BIGGEST CRIME. The unplanned meetings and trainings in between makes the work really worst and stressed. Management will update the HR policy on a daily basis. They follow a one-way-communication. The counsellors will be critsized without hearing the reality from their part if any complaint raised by the students. The management is very eager and interested in doing such kind of blames. Getting the incentives for the conversions done is a very big task. Really need to beg. Incentive is far less compared to other companies. Company environment is a very ego based....Read More

Avoid working at AHZ if you value your well-being and career growth. My experience there was overwhelmingly negative due to an extremely toxic work environment and grossly incompetent management. Management does not communicate effectively and feedback is either ignored or met with hostility. They foster a culture of favoritism where certain employees are given unfair advantages while others are left struggling. Work-life balance is non-existent and unrealistic expectations are placed on employees with little regard for their mental health or personal lives. The lack of respect for employees time, ideas and contributions make this company one of the toxic places I've ever worked.
