We always appreciate hearing from our employees, whether current or former, as it helps us improve even though we don't know who you are and your motive. Firstly, we’d like to address the comment regarding HR and the company’s policies. Our HR department operates with efficiency and transparency, always striving to provide fair support to all employees. We regularly gather feedback to ensure that employees feel heard and supported in their work-life balance. HR makes decisions based on genuine needs and concerns, and while there may have been cases where requests were denied, this was only in instances where the request did not align with company policies (such as invalid or fabricated leave requests). In all genuine cases, HR has always approved leaves and provided necessary support. Regarding the claim of undervaluing hard-working employees, we want to emphasize that our company’s growth is a direct reflection of our commitment to fostering talent from within. Many of our current managers, including branch managers, regional managers, and even our country manager, started in junior positions, including roles in application departments and as education counselors. This progression clearly shows that we recognize and reward hard work and dedication. In the last two to three years, numerous employees have received multiple salary reviews, which further demonstrates our commitment to both professional growth and financial recognition when employees deliver results. Concerning the enrollment bonus, we understand that timely payments are crucial. We work within the standard time frame of 3-4 months, as this is aligned with when we receive payments from universities. It’s important to note that, in many cases, we have even paid bonuses to counselors who may not have met their full targets, as part of our supportive approach to employee compensation. As for the claim that employees are waiting for 6-8 months, this is simply not accurate. Additionally, if employees were struggling due to delayed bonuses, it’s worth considering why many remain with the company for well beyond 1.5 years—this clearly shows they find value in working at AHZ. The mention of continuous recruitment being an example of toxicity is also something we’d like to clarify. Recruitment is often an ongoing process in fast-growing companies like ours, especially when expanding teams or opening new branches. It’s a sign of growth and opportunity, not toxicity. Finally, we want to assure all employees that we take feedback seriously, and we’re always working to improve.
