Bad work environment and culture, teammates are supportive but management not company policies are not good there is no appraisal no salary hike if you work 2years than they hike your salary 500 no bonus events the management don't know how to manage huge team

For last 2years we all are struggling to get our salary on time right now 3 months salary was hold and 1 year conveyance hold by company.

Our management was not thinking about his employee we working harder day and night but no matters to our bosses. We working 24x7 in notebandi and also in COVID situation but at the end we got mental pressure and harassment from management.

1. Threaten very badly. 2. No proper holiday. 3. Everytime discouraging by Area manager & RM. 4. No proper support on employees. 5. Not even given salary on time. 6. Claims & Reimbursement were not given on month basis. They took 6 months and more. 7. No Sunday or Holidays for employees. 8. Managers were not responded on emergency cases when they were on leave, but we need to response</mark>. If not responded warning were given. 9. No proper approvals were given if we request for long leave. 10. Branch wise HR was not available. 11. If we are on leave also laptop need to carry every where. 12.
