PIP = Corporate death sentence.
I was there tooπ₯²βpanicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM.
Priya Maβam, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down.
My Survival Jugaad?
Chai Pe Charcha β Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Maβam, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked.
In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Maβam, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved..
Emotional Connect β She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Maβam, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.π
The Final Jugaad β She looked stressed. "Maβam, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!"
Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, thatβs the best!
