Mostly the community outreach in some of villages

The management really sucks .They care about themselves only. They never let employees be happy or do good for them. Management is quite insecure and holding their position by many years/decades.The employees are narrow with typical approach. They will spoil your professional and personal relationship. The environment is quite toxic. And many things that I can't write here.

Work Details

No wok life. You have to do everything without any support. But here your bosses will shout when you are not meeting your target and they will say, why don't you come to me. The creepy bossess.

A huge difference between CTC and Net In-hand salary so be alert and aware while accepting the job offer from AKRSP(I). Responsibility is more and salary is not competitive at all. You can not see a better growth in position and salary here. You must have a multitasking skill to survive here as everything has to be done by you whether any work related to the program or finance or anything else.
