I was working in AKRSPI at location Bamnala, Khargon MP. This is wonderful working experience in an NGO. There is good atmosphere to work with your own innovative ideas and approach. Your senior just appreciate your ideas and also help if needed to you. I like it's theme on which this organization work. I am able to say so much dislikes because I don't think that. Its good👍. But if you don't like to much documentation, then it's not for you. Because it have core values and work on transparency. There is need of paper documents with proper manner like with signed, stamps and so on. I think it some time good but some time it's boring too.
