It was a very smooth process from recruitment to onboarding and thereafter induction into the role. The hiring manager had been guide to the entire journey and had been a wonderful experience. Every one feels nervous getting into a new organisation but I always felt comfortable and been taken care.

Everything. You won't even feel like going to work because of the toxic work culture. The recruitment team based in India is a bunch of idiots as they would lie to you about company benefits and work culture so you can join them in Lagos. It is better to stay unemployed than working for them.
