The Co-Founder & MD is most hypocrite person and he also shows like bearish, because he got rustic HR group. The Sr. HR is zero common sense approach, She pretends to act by believing in irrational people. In IT Department Sr. Team Lead showing that he knows everything but he is emperor of fools, where most idiot deluded IT manager working his under. They dont have capacity to handle the IT department. There are always some training sessions going you can join. Best company to get exposure in Devops technologies. WFM policy and flexibility timings. Want to keep with industry really good company. Supporting staff is also very helpful.
