AFM is a wonderful platform for technical field workers as well facility management like housekeeping etc. The environment in AFM is like a family with no tensions and the career growth is also very high for those who work hard to succeed in their life. And overall the management is very supportive.

I had a great experience in AFM as I firstly started my career as an AV technician and later I had a promotion as BMS operator which was a challenging task to me as a fresher to the field but I had been trained and it was on job training.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
