We can explore new things and it's depends on a manager still I got a chance to work with 3 managers are 2 of them privious manages were well and good we had a free hand to work and report but now I can't say

Politics, and concentrated to the family business Well deserving candidates are not appreciated Work order know one knows for his work to be accomplished whom and what procedure to follow Promotions are likely to happen for favouring candidates but not deserving one Salary gap with lower and upper position is too big to notice Kra is filled but not considered for and no proper meeting with manager to showcase our yearly accomplished tasks Hr is just a jokers to hire a people whats going on in plant they barely notice...Read More
