Role & responsibilities

• Adherence to quality management system, safety and compliance requirement
• Production plan vs actual monitoring and timely actions for not meeting the requirements
• Strict adherence to monthly budget planned
• Continuous improvements w.r.t rejections reduction/elimination, cycle time reduction, productivity improvements, optimize workflow, reduce cost etc.
• Quick resolution of issues w.r.t spray painting, pad printing operations
• Review & Ensure maintenance of Jigs, Masks, rubber pads, auxiliary tools etc. on day-to-day work
• MIS & Production data monitoring
• Coordination with NPD for Process Changes & Tooling
• Identification of training needs to develop team skills
• Oversee and ensure continuous operator training and skill matrix update
• Co-ordinate with internal supplier & customer to meet defined KPIs on time
• Paint/Ink inventory management
• Cost control related to painting processes, material and manpower.
