I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. They will ask you to do overtime every day without any pay and no salary increment as well. The manager don’t care which profile you are hired for if the call centre team is not able to give number then you have to take call for the entire day (might be)
