Internal politics is very high. Delhi's Business Head (A Lady), she is horrible. Highly insecure of her post and never let anyone to grow. Worst work culture. No job security and satisfaction. Anytime they may ask to leave. Specially the pregnant female employees. Which is very bad. Company with more than 70% staff is highly insensitive towards female employees in the time of medical condition.

It was really a very good experience working with the company. The company took care of each and every tiny aspect the employee is facing. The management is really helpful. The timings are flexible and never pressure the employee. The environment is really comfortable to work.
