Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. Appraisal process needs a lot of improvement. Now a days there is a concern about job security.

With respect to my work, it is slightly challenging, as we are in support role, but need to ensure the CSV compliance part across the organization. As we are the responsible peoples for any regulatory audits.
