Management is worst. Always partial with those who are close with management. I join this company in search of growth or opportunity but could not find anything from last 3years, even I got opportunities in Gebbs to crack the IJPs but then higher management from advantedge clearly instructed them not to promote me. No matter how best my work is but if i am not close with management then I won't get any recommendation or any appreciation. Management is partial, always help those who are friendly with them and survive those people who always do there jobs. Team leaders are less qualified, don't even know the advantedge software but working from more than 2years. They don't even know how to search any update in My Advatedge page. They always complete their task not by themselves but by other agents who are close to them....Read More

To work in Advantedge was quite knowledgeful and learnt many things, but the worst experience with the management in Advantedge, a manager who don't know English language properly but always give us feedback, conduct meetings in english which is pathetic.
