The team is working as a family. Leaders always listen the queries from employees and providing solutions for everything. Giving free hand for work to gain profit of work. Majorly all policy are good. Management is always eager to gain outcome of each individual.

Dislikes

Salary bar is bit constraint. Management is very furious to ask results within short notice.

Company always ready to listen to Middle and lower level employees, its a transmission line company so travelled a lot and witnessed site level experience. Management is very good and cooperative in every condition.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
