Employee centric. Focus on learning. Decent pays comepaire to others. Good transport . Overall good work environment.

Dislikes

No payment for overtime. Taking Leaves is bit difficult if you are law abiding employee. Regular employees feedback are not getting taken for management via skip meets. Seniority is getting considered before talent.
