The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I got an opportunity work with some of the great minds in the industry and there has been a lot to learn from them. It has been great learning experience here. ADP Hyderabad has comparatively better opportunities over ADP Pune , for this reason ADP pune has very less product development work and majorly have BPO work.

Though company claim itself to be market leaders in CRM but their in-house product and application is outdated. HR and Admin have lot advantage and upper hand. HRs hardly pay any attention to employee grievances there is no proper process in place if you would like to raise concern related to your work or Manager. Company have two cycle of appraisal bonus (April) and CTC revision (Dec) if you leave your job you lose complete CTC or bonus. If you are new joinee you are given pro rata basis which I personally feel is unfair for the employee. Being offshore product development organization do not expect any onsite opportunities. This company has one of the worst appraisal system in industry, there is no standard process in place which help you to set your KRAs, most of the time it is just mere formality and Goals are often added few months before your Appraisal....Read More

At personal level I enjoyed working here though there had been ups and downs but from learning perspective this was the first company in my 6 years of experience which give me ample exposure to new technology and innovation.
