It's a good company but the Indian management ruins it all.

I have never worked in a company who pays your performance incentives from your monthly salary and then deduct that amount when the time arrives for the variable payout. It's a clear scam that the management is doing. When was moved to other department successfully, they cancelled the movement and got me back to where I was rather than moving me in another dpt.
