Work life balance is there in the Old C++ teams. In cloud teams, except document other teams' work life balance is good

Politics is in every aspect of Adobe(especially Noida office). As the Great Rahul Gandhi, politics is everywhere, even in the pants. Old members who are in the comfort zone and don't want to work hard are going to do almost anything, even licking the boots. So, If you think you are talented and you should be recognised based on quality of work then take a hike.

Adobe is one of the best companies I have worked in to speak truly! You might get a raise in 4-5 years but the company's inner system and culture is absolutely amazing! You get to improve your skills by a lot also I just love it cause they teach you many things I just love learning! Specially in my field

The salary rates are a bit low! When I joined I was an intern and they paid me $6 per hour - too less!

One thing I wanted to add about my final day in office, where I went to the office to submit the laptop and id card. The company did not allow me to enter in the premises as per their rule and it was hot day where I was waiting outside the premises for almost 2hours. Where I felt even after giving 3years, company treated me like stranger. In India we follow the culture of 'atithi devo bhava', where are welcome culture is rich worldwide. They want you to spend more hours and take part in innovation and extra activities which make your life miserable. Even if you are not interested to get visibility they will do falsepromises and make you feel bad of you will not do extra. 3. Only few people irrespective of their professional behaviour will be praised if they will do innovation. 4. Not letting you focus on your personal life and growth.
