It's a good company to work with the overall core values of the organisation is excellent.

Dislikes

The dislikes are very simple the management himself doesn't follow the core values that they ideally should be following. For few things there is no proper work culture. Certain things that they do is totally out of logic and even if it illogical they will still do it cause the management has decided to do so. Salary is not that competitive and we work for 14-15 hours to close everything. Sometimes you are required to work on weekends and theblast day of the month for which u are not compensated. They do not give any compoffs of you are required to work on holidays....Read More
