Worst work culture i came across my entire professional journey. Especially Dr pritam from reimbursement claims team is extremely manner less, unethical, unprofessional lady. Attrition rate of company is 85%.

Boss was not good he is very abusing and his talking language was also not good his name is manish kumar he is a area sales manager in pune in banca channel. Many times aur collegues were complaining about him but no action is taken against him only they give warning. Also very abusive about castism.

It is good to work in ABSL AMC depending upon culture, but few drawbacks are there related to variable payouts in comparison with other AMCS.
